Meet The Team

  Rob is the founder of Calm Waves Counseling.  He is a graduate of Adelphi University - Graduate School of Social Work.   He has advanced certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness CBT (M-CBT).  Rob has experience working with diverse populations from children to elderly adults.  With experience working in hospitals, nursing homes, and conducting both individual and group therapy sessions, Rob has creative ways of  developing personalized treatment plans for each client.  In Rob's spare time, he engages in music, playing basketball, hiking, and traveling.
